If you are unsatisfied with the items you receive from Wearport.com for one of the following reasons:

  • The blank items or apparel are materially flawed,
  • The quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is flawed or incomplete, or
  • The design of the final product is materially different than what you submitted and ordered on Wearport.com,

Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-My-W-PORT within 15 days of the date of purchase to initiate a return.

We will accept goods that are defective for refund or exchange, however, items can only be returned if they have not been worn or used in any way. Your Customer Care Representative will work with you to determine the appropriate course of action should any of these issues arise.

Please do not return merchandise without first obtaining instructions from Customer Service in order to ensure acceptance.
